Good staying, we liked the view a lot from the balcony of the hotel room

The check in procedure is a bit difficult and the apparentment should be cleaned more properly.

"Nice location in penang"

The location was good easy to travel with grab anywhere or to walk to nearby shopping malls and restaurants

The unit was poorly maintained, a lot of amenities were dated, not cleaned soon or just in need of replacement. Nearby units were undergoing refurbishment and often quite noisy during the day or even after 10 PM in the evening.

"This is my first and last staying here"

The room and design is spacious

The elevator is the big problem. From floor 38 it stop by each level to arrive at parking area. Need to wait for 5 round. The check in hour also very late at 4 pm. Toilet is very dirty and disgusting
