We took our own breakfast ,but liked the coffee maker and microwave. We liked that we could walk to a lovely beach and that everywhere was clean and comfortable.It was a good surprise to have en ensuite as well as a bathroom.The whole suite was well run and the property was a very reasonable price for 4 of us.

Lovely small park that we felt was geared up to children rather than adults as the majority of entertainment was aimed at kids.However there are plenty of facilities to keep everyone happy, the Troupers work hard to keep everyone entertained but by 9.30/10pm the show bar only had a handful of audience members left mainly adults as the majority of families had left. The caravan itself was lovely and clean and check in was easy. It's in a prime location on the park and can accommodate 2 cars. The proximity to the beach which is beautiful is less than a 10 min walk and the borrow box at the top of the cliff is a lovely idea. It's on a good bus route to Great Yarmouth, stopping at other parks and villages we did the open top bus and for 4 adults it was £12 return for the group which we thought was excellent value. There is a really good dessert/cafe outside of the park which is very popular as its next to an amusement arcade. The park its self is clean and tidy and staff are helpful. Communication from the caravan owners was excellent and informative and it was a bonus having the beds made up on arrival. Would recommend staying in this caravan as it is good value for money and we would happily stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Although we were aware that we needed to supply towels and some household items, it would have been useful to have been left 1 toilet roll, some hand wash soap and washing up liquid ( just the basic 3 items) before we needed to buy more, perhaps left available with an honesty box for donations?

Great location. Everything that you needed was close. We had stayed in this area before so we already love it and was perfect. Entertainment was great kids loved it. Pink palace just outside was great and the beach was good.

The main double bed wasn’t the best. Could sleep but was a bit restless. There are a few wear and tears around but to be expected.

The property was clean and very impressive and to the book ; I would definitely book this again
