"Location great but need better on site support"

Location

No heating, hot water or shower! No oven as gas! Bottles run out apparently! No room heater as plug didn’t plug in! Owner tried calling maintenance but no success! Reception shut even though I arrived before check in time. Everything shut! Key safe confusion as 2 key safes and it was dark when I arrived!

"All in all a very enjoyable and successful trip."

The property was well sighted for our trip to see and photograph the seals and their pups. The accommodation was well arranged and spacious for the five of us staying there. Would def recommend and visit again.

Location and California site seemed very nice. On such a short visit we weren’t able to fully explore it on this occasion though.

Не працював електро камін і в основній кімнаті був стійкий запах цигарок, тобто попередні гості палили всередині.

"Clean and spacious caravan in a good location."

Lovely clean and comfortable caravan with great amount of space. There were only 2 of us but definitely would have been comfortable for 4. Had fun at the on site entertainment (you do have to pay extra) and it was in a good location overall, hosts gave helpful information. Would love to stay again with my family.

We knew we had to bring towels and toiletries but didn’t realise that would involve toilet paper - so just to be aware it might not be there.
