Generally booking was good received all the info needed and good location on site as well as general area. Owners have helpful little notes dotted around on how to use things. Seems like the owners are let down by cleaning staff.

Very disappointed with our caravan stay. On arrival it was clear the caravan was in need of a proper clean and some general TLC. The outside was filthy and looked like it hadn’t seen a jet wash in a long time. Inside, there was a footprint left in the shower, hair in the bath, and dust and debris built up in the vents which made it feel quite neglected. The outside chairs were unusable due to their condition, and some of the blinds were broken which was frustrating during the stay. It’s a shame because the caravan actually has a lot of potential and could be really lovely with a bit more care and maintenance. Unfortunately, cleanliness and upkeep let the whole experience down.

The size of the caravan. It was great to be able to soak in a bath after a long day. The couch was super comfortable and huge.

Exactly as described, the bath was a treat and plenty of hot water. Very cosy beds too
