Nice and quiet near good pub and station

Sofa bed a little small for me

very comfortable spacious accommodation. Very clean and lots of extras such as a coffee machine, milk, water and fruit in the room. I got a text from the owner before we arrived which was lovely. Parking is great. Had a very nice terrace with our room which was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nothing particularly about the accommodate but we got this mixed up with Sweet Suites in the centre of Lytham so were a little disappointed that we had not booked this correctly and we were a bit out of town. The two accommodations were called the same thing so an easy mistake to make.

Good communication with the owners

Clean, well equipped. Good position. Helpful owner. Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Pleasant terrace.

It could do with a couple of coat hooks.

Really nice and clean, smelt of fresh linen all weekend! Very close to shops, the beach and restaurants. Quiet area too.

Everything was excellent

Blissfully quiet, excellent shower, had everything I needed. In the area for several weeks and wish I could afford to stay there for the duration

Mattress needs replacing, can feel a few springs but was still comfortable and didn't stop me sleeping well.

Location walking distance into town. Whole apartment was spotless. Extras such milk, soaps, cleaning products. Terrace to use if good weather. Great communication start to end. Off road parking for this apartment.

Bathroom with only a small fan no windows, heated towel rail not on therefore everything stayed wet, towels were always wet/damp and started to smell. Although our stay was in July, no rooms got any sun and there were a couple of cold nights and no way to pop any form of heating on to take off the chill. Won't be staying in this apartment again unless in a heatwave.
