Sweet Suites Residence

Suite was very clean and private, good facilities included, coffee/tea biscuits - fruit - water - milk -towels - soaps - toilet rolls provided in room, car parking on drive, local to centre of St Annes a short walk away. Codes for entry sent early. We have stayed here previously so knew it was a nice place to stay for our trip to Lytham Festival to see Shania Twain.

Everything it was perfect. Loved the little extra touches with the fruit,biscuits,water etc

Apartment was nice and clean comfy bed

Perfect quiet area but close to local town and beach. Beautiful room with everything you need and more.

The only thing I would say is the mattresses on the pull out double are quite uncomfortable but I’m a bigger lady. Apart from that perfect

Great location, lovely property with parking.

We stayed in the studio apartment on the 1st floor which has a pull out sofa bed, it was so uncomfortable that we had to leave on the 2nd night. When looking under the mattress one of the slats was missing so was a large hole, but the mattress was so soft you could feel the slates when laying down. The sofa bed needs replacing in my opinion. If replaced with a better sofa bed we would return or book the 1 bed apartment which i assume has a proper bed.

Very uncomfortable bed. Very littlexspace to move when bed was pulled out. Thread bare throw. Floor was mucky. Can't see out of any window. Had to speak to Stuart pre arrival he was kirt to say tge least

My husband and I liked everything about this property. Extremely comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. Fantastic shower. And welcome pack was very acceptable.

There was nothing we didn't like

Great location for St Anne’s, lovely comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen.
