The property was dirty smelt damp and had broken furniture and a broken toilet, infect we didn't stay had to find somewhere else , wasn't what Booking .com advertised

The house was really smelly,my daughter got sick 🤧,the carpet in the house was so so unclean and really old ,the bedroom was smelly,the furnitures was too old ,the kitchen facilities was so so old ,in short ,I can never recommend to anyone to go in that house ,for health and safety the house need to be checked,the toilet 🚽 water wasn’t working ,the bed was so inconfortable. Everything in that house need to be change from furnitures to carpet ,the kitchen facilities and towers was so cheaper,we couldn’t use them ,we came back home in Glasgow sick 🤢.we didn’t enjoy anything about our stay .on the day we arrived we stayed outside until late ,my wife tried to clean the house so we can let the kids come inside,even so ,the house with the really old carpet couldn’t stop smelling.my daughter was vomiting all night,we tried to find a family hotel but sadly we couldn’t find any ,we had to go in but it was so inconfortable for our kids . Worse experience for the family.

This was the most challenging place we stayed in. - The way to get there is confusing and not clear. - Washing machine door is broken so you can’t do your laundry. - Unprofessional host and they did not respond to any of our messages/texts when needed urgent help. - Toilet flush and sink are broken. - They say “please help yourself to tea and coffee and anything in the kitchen (salt, olive oil, etc)..” and there was nothing of what they mentioned to help ourselves with! - Air fryer was so dirty and greasy. - Bedrooms smell bad. - Cans opener was broken. - No enough electricity outlets. - They took £300 deposit and this was not mentioned on booking.com. And after check-out, instead of refunding the £300 deposit, they charged another £300. When trying to contact the host to refund the £600, they never answer. - The other bedroom is very small and no proper light to see at night. - The car park is always blocked with old broken cars. So no “private car park” as they mentioned on booking.com. - The price is crazy given that this place is very old and not clean.

It was a quite street near Brighton Marina

The sofa bed was filty had a massive stain so couldn't use it. The base of the single bed was broken so had to put mattress on the floor to sleep. Sent emails but only replied on day 4 saying they'd talk to the cleaners but didn't get back to me. Couldn't park space to small. Dirty flat. Don't book

Overall it is a great flat. Comfortable, light and ice location.

The parking though technically 1 space is... Challenging. I thought it was 5 bedbut no bedding for the sofa bed despite asking several times. Some of the pillows were a bit old and smelled stale. Despite booking for 3 adults and 2 children, the twin single beds were made up as two double beds. Not ideal for us.
