Host & Stay - Montpelier Sanctuary

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The house was modern, comfortable and very clean. The location was amazing with a 5 minute walk to the beach and near everything (we didn’t have to get an uber or taxi anywhere it was all within walking distance.) Overall, would definitely stay again :)

The only thing that we had trouble with was the upstairs toilet sink would get blocked after using it and it would take a while for the water to leave the sink.

It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach or into town.

The house was a little tired and in need of some updating, it was dirty and really needed a professional deep clean. The room I stayed in still had a bin full of rubbish from the previous visitors. The bathroom sink is blocked, and the hot water ran out after 3 showers.

Not too far from a few fun areas.. easy enough to walk from…

It is a lovely bright house with a great Brighton feel about it. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet at night.

There are two toilets, separate from the bathroom, which is useful, but they are very small, with glazed doors which seems a little odd. You can hardly turn round in them. The curtains in two of the bedrooms do not cover the window.

1 location. good 2 style,decor, we really enjoyed it 3 well equipped 4 Beds very good but difficult to get out of for less able folk!! 5 linen great..but hairs on everything 6 Great that there were two irons and 2 boards

1.toilets..very small, only one shower 2 bedroom curtain scrunched in corner on floor with mayonaise wrappers .! 3 lounge curtain hanging off. 4 dishwasher full , 5 Windows, paintwork in and out very scruffy./dusty 6 cigarette and gum next to irons. 7 Occupants below had to clean back terrace before they could sit out.and woke us to with difficulties gaining initial access 8 It simply lacked pride in readiness by the cleaning agent for next occupants tinging an otherwise fabulous stay

House 🏠 was great,all the facilities available for our stay

Toilets was a little small,house was on a high hill,door in lounge was a bit hard to unlock,other than that it was great 👍 stay.kitchen door needs some attention,could not lock it but can open it easy.
