Breakfast was very good.

The reception desk is located at the wine bar. It was awkward checking in while wine tastings were being served at the same location. We were served a glass of white wine and proceeded to sit down on one of the tables which apparently were being used for the tastings. We were rudely asked to move since the table was for tastings….which was not explained to us while we waited to be checked in. I think it is a situation that can be avoided if the reception area was not located in the tasting room.

Hotel is unique being set in the middle of a vineyard. Very picturesque and relaxing.

The road leading up to the property was very rutted. Also, the guest parking is a bit removed from the hotel which made wheeling suitcases through the vineyard/gravel a pain. Coffee provided in the room is for purchase only. Small amenities such as coffee should be complimentary.

Everything !!! Staff, chef team and resting menu were amazing !!!

Overall a very cool place to stay.. nice rooms with great view. A bit isolated so a car is a must but overall and excellent choice to enjoy Pico island.

Coffee in the room was not complimentary and it was not indicated anywhere, at the end they charged us 20.- Euro for a couple of coffees..
