The location is perfect with outstanding views, surrounded by volcanic vineyards. Great breakfast with high quality local food. I would say they serve the best bread in all of Portugal. Great coffee as well. The design of the hotel and the room was absolutely stunning. Exceptionally comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.

We found a little bit of dust on the floor. We had a funny experience with the light switch, as we were puzzled by it.

The best hotel room I’ve ever had. Immaculately clean, bed huge & comfy, beautiful views, aesthetically perfect. Well equipped with kitchen but no need for that with breakfast included ( the homemade carob bread is sensational) and fantastic restaurant on site. Staff were so kind, helpful and friendly.

The road to guest parking is very bumpy.

Lovely architecture and rooms. The setting and surrounding grounds are lovely. Your people are incredible - accommodating and clearly proud of where they are. The food is exceptional. We did the tasting and were in love with every bite. A shout out to Chef, the servers, Daniela, and the entire staff. A heartfelt Obrigada.

Special and very relaxing place in the middle of Pico vineyards. Rooms are very modern with private terrace and view to the ocean. Very nice breakfast with local produce. Restaurant is worth to try and also wines are really good (but expensive). You can walk to the small village (20 min) with nice restaurant and natural pools for swimming.

The location of the venue is incredible. You're staying in a vineyard with views of the ocean, it's absolutely beautiful! The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was large and comfortable. We also went to the restaurant and did a food and wine pairing. It was such a unique experience and the food was all amazing!

The location was outstanding. The beds was very comfortable.

Breakfast should be offered earlier than 7:45. It would also be nice to have Nespresso coffee available in the room. We should not have to pay for coffee in the room (and have to use a French press to make the coffee). The parking lot for the room was not conveniently located. There was no storage in the room.
