Location was perfect for Newton Ferrers- very close to a small shop and walking distance to 2 local pubs. Great base for visiting local towns.

Lounge area quite small but for a couple of nights it was absolutely fine, and ok for a couple.

Everything. Deck was stunning. Small but perfectly set up. Had all you needed and Newton Ferrers is really special.

Views from terrace. Decor. Under floor heating in bathroom.Really good food and service at the local pub. Nice atmosphere. Biscuits. Fresh milk. Beer and prosecco. Pleasant walks from the accommodation. Handy shops within walking distance.

Would have appreciated printed instructions for oven and hob, also the coffee machine which was a nice touch..

The location abd view were superb

The bed wasn't big enough for us (we are used to a king size). Communicating via booking.com is difficult, and impossible once travelling as I don't have the app on my phone. I would prefer to have the host's tel number before I travel in case I'm unable to find the property or retrieve the key

Location was perfect with a lovely view! Everything you need is in a short walking distance. We found the street parking very easy. Accommodation had everything we needed for the 3 nights and it was very clean.

Small flat with wonderful view over estuary, and large decking area with seating. Helpful owners, Klerk or couplenearby shop and pub.

Good host and a clean apartment with fabulous views from the balcony 😄

Really nice location for a quiet and chill getaway. The place was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Really nicely put together. And very accessible. The host left a booklet/folder of all the pointers for local amenities and activities to do which really helped me in what I could do locally.

There wasn't much that I didn't like really. The place was really nice to stay in.

Location of the property was awesome, and squeezing so much into a small space is genius!
