Close Quarters

Ros the host was very helpful with good communication and the apartment was clean, comfortable and had the bonus of a large decked area to enjoy the sunshine. We really enjoyed the circular Noss Mayo coastal walk and the food at the Ship Inn and The Swan pubs in Noss Mayo was very good. We plan to return later in the year. Highly recommended

Lovely little apartment with views over the estuary . We were fortunate to make the most of the February sunshine sitting on the enclosed veranda to have our morning tea . My husband especially enjoyed the under floor heating in the bathroom. The bed was so comfy. Compact but cleverly designed with everything you need for a mini break . The local pub ( 4 mins walk) served the best roast dinner and there are two more pubs in the adjacent village ( 30 mins walk). There is also a local Co-op for provisions. Prompt and helpful correspondence from the host and a welcome pack of biscuits and milk in the fridge provided that extra touch.

We were lucky to find a parking spot right outside the property but there is no dedicated parking space .

View, warm, cosy and clean.

Wonderful location with views across the river with the sunrise across the hills. Small but cosy with everything a couple needs. We cooked our food, popped to the pub and walked over the hills having a fab time. Kitchen had everything we needed. Underfloor bathroom heating was a nice surprise.

Nothing all was great

It was lovely, small but perfect in every way with beautiful views. Location great with three walkable pubs and a shop to meet needs.

Beautiful location on Yealm estuary at Newton Ferrers/Noss Mayo. Appartment situated high on hill will views over to Noss Mayo. Particularly liked the outside terraced area

Nice cosy apartment with great views. It was early November so nice and quiet. Not sure if it would be so nice when busy and sharing outside space

Fantastic location close to everything you need in Newton Ferrers. Everything you needed in accommodation. Great view :)
