Great property. Loved it here.

Thought it was closer to Lytham centre however that was my bad map skills. Only £6 away in uber so not far at all. Great location and place to stay

Spacious, tastefully, simply decorated, comfortable, practical, parking, really conveniently located for St Anne’s and the beach.

Directions to find the correct door were slightly confusing.

Beautifully laid out, ease of access and beachfront location. Immaculately clean, comfy beds, onsite parking, quiet location and brilliant facilities. Everything you could want for a short (or a long stay!) and will definitely return.
