"If it wasn't for the beachfront and proximity to beach access, my stay would have been horrible"

Beachfront view and beach access.

1. In order to get go the room you have 3 flights of stairs. If you have a lot of luggage like we did, it was physically challenging, especially when three of the 4 that stayed in the room have physical handicaps. I recommend that this be in the description for handicap individuals to know beforehand. 2. The washing machine ruined an entire load of new clothes with what appeared to be bleach stains. When I informed the owner, I was told that sometimes happen due to proximity to the beach and water and they would get back to me. When I didn't hear back from them, I had to reach out again to see what they could do about the damaged items. They then said that this had never happened before and it was at that point that I was informed I could get a discount on a future visit. I didn't contact them as I was not happy with the response.

The location is perfect, close to restaurants and right on the beach. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the way the condo was decorated and especially loved the outdoor balcony overlooking the beach. My son and husband were able to rent jet skis right in front of the condo. I put some photos of the view you get from the balcony patio, many lovely sunsets to watch.

The clothes dryer does not work. It turns on for a couple of minutes and then shuts off; it has no heat. The hot tub was not hot, so we didn't use it, but we wanted to. The refrigerator leaks water onto the floor sometimes, so we used a towel to soak it up.

Su ubicación,y que est e frente se las playa y sus alberca y todo muy limpio.

Muy tarde el check in hasta las 4 pm de la tarde.si quieres entrar .mas temprano hay un cobro extra por hora de 20 dolares que en la página de bookin no te menciona eso te lo dicen al llegar y es demasiado tarde hasta las 4 para estar esperando.

Loved that the Condominiums are literally right in front of the beach. Pools and surrounding were clean. Room was clean and well maintained.

Everything was great nothing bad about this location.
