Condominio Loft 268 Zona Romántica Departamento 510

The Loft 268 building is in a prime location - beach 3 blocks away, wonderful restaurants "just around the corner", easy access to multiple OXXO locations for necessities. The rooftop pool is spectacular - photos don't do it justice. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The studio #510 is tastefully decorated, well-appointed with ample consumables and quality appliances and kitchen items. Despite the few negatives described below, we will definitely look to return to this property for our next visit to Puerto Vallarta!

Water pressure was great, but the hot water a bit glitchy. The on-demand hot water heater seemingly is undersized, and did not maintain a consistent temperature even during a modest shower. Based on conversations with other guests we met, this appears to be an issue across the apartments in the building. WiFi speeds were inconsistent. Download speeds at times were as slow as 2.1 Mbps and at other times in excess of 40 Mbps. Communication prior to check in was wonderful, but not so much so during our stay. The pool deck was under renovation when we arrived - bad timing. The concierge suggested that some owners had made arrangements for their guests to use another pool facility, so I inquired with the property through the Booking App. We received a prompt response that they would check into the possibilities and get back to us. Having not received a reply after 24 hours, we sent a What'sApp message to a number indicated in the apartment as the way to contact the property management company "in case you need anything during your stay", and that message was never responded to either. The good news is that the renovation was completed on the published timeline and we were able to enjoy the pool for 5 days of our week-long stay.

The location was good for restaurants, bars, nightlife, and the beach. Without being overwhelmed by tourists or noise.

The place showed so much promise but didn't deliver. The room was a one bedroom studio which was smaller than we thought and pictures showed. The TV wasn't connected to the Internet and didn't work. That is all stuff we could look past, we were not planning on being inside too long but stay near the pool on the roof, take in the views... which was the main reason we booked this place. We soon found out the pool on the rooftop was under construction during our stay. We barely got to use any of the amenities and found out the owners were made aware of the construction but let us book without any warning. Even the staff didn't let us know when we checked in about any upcoming changes. Of course with construction there was ongoing noise and a lot of loud bangs. If we had known about the pool/hot tub/grill/common area on the rooftop was closed we would have booked another place.

The location was excellent very closed to everything the apartment is clean and comfortable with all necesary for our stay, the pool and jacuzzi area are a plus, the host is very friendly and attentive

the only that we don,t like was that they only left us 2 pool towels and two large towels for personal use,plus 2 small and 2 hands I mean we had to dry ourselves with the same towels for the 4-5 days we were there, the other suggestion is that they should have a clothes dryer since there is no way to dry wet clothes from the beach or pool and the wet clothes take on o bad smell, but I will stay again for sure

Clean, safe and secure.

Not the property itself but the unit had a smell from the sewage line or something. That was the only thing that was not okay.

No Balcony

Front desk was not very helpful on questions we had. We were locked out of our room, and it took a few hours to get back in. Owners of the condo should give more ability to answer questions at front desk, or property manager should be readily available for any questions.

The location was right in the middle of everything. The bed was huge and comfortable. The shower was fantastic and had a strong pressure. The swimming pool with infinity feel was superb

The Wifi is not strong, even when connected with 1 device only.
