This was a very clean unit, the bed was comfortable, the location was great and it was quite. It was located close to everything right in the center of town.

I Reserved the unit and was told the final payment was due a week prior to the check-in which of course was fine. A day or two after the final payment (non-refundable) was collected, the host messaged me to let me know that the pool was not available, this building has one of the nicest rooftop pools in the town, and the beach is close, however, it would have been nice to use the pool. Once there I did check out the pool area, which had been under refurbishment for some time, so he would have known before the final payment date and just didn't bother to tell me. The unit was also in his words, an Entire apartment One-Bedroom Apartment This listing would lead you to believe it is a one-bedroom apartment when in reality it is a one-room with a bed apartment. it was literally a large room with a dining room a bed and a kitchen, more of a studio, it was large enough and very clean and modern. So consider that when you book here.

This new and modern building is located in one of the best areas in Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Very safe and protected, super friendly staff with a wonderful rooftop pool and other amenities. Close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacies. You can't go wrong staying here.

The property being located in the center of Zona Romántica made it very easy for us to walk around to the local bars and restaurants. This location is close to many great eats and wondering shops.

Only downside to this property is the noise from the surrounding bars at night. This did not bother us as much as we were out most of the nights, but can see how this would bother some others.

Location was the best. Second was the seclusion of the apartment.

AC unit was noisy. No way to dry towels and wet suits. Bed was not very comfortable. Could have been cleaned a bit more throughly prior to check- in

the location is excellent. it is a safe and quiet location. the rooftop pool is amazing.

the bed is really hard and uncomfortable.
