would recommend this place, happy staff and owners!

water went out, no shower and toilet would not flush but it was our last day. also got an odor outside in the lounge area,garbage cans placed right behind where we sat.

Super cool place and tasteful.

The owner couple was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful gardens, authentic feel

The location is so nice. Boca de Tomatlan is a beautiful little community in a beautiful location. It was great to look out the room (periquitos room) balcony in the morning and any time really. The views of the river and ocean coast with the boats was so picturesque. I was looking for a place away from the touristic hassle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta and a more Mexican colorful location. This was it.

I wish the bed was just a little bit softer. I did get used to it by the third night.

The property is in a very nice location within walking distance to the beach, stores , restaurants and the water taxis.

Our Suite the Jungle Hideaway #1 did not reflect the pictures shown on the booking site. The furniture , appliances, dishes and bathroom were not at all as shown. The Suite was not clean, there was no tv, the microwave was filthy and not useable. The dishes were mostly chipped. Mold in the drawer of the desk, the bathroom had dust and dirt on the stucco of the walls. Our patio outside was very nice but was the hub for everyone coming and going including the garbage and maintenance staff so there was no privacy. The other 2 Suites in the building are beautiful the one we had needs a complete upgrade.

Great location, very cozy and authentic feeling. There is so much to do in Boca. The hiking trail to all the beaches is right outside the front door! We could have easily stayed much longer and had fun stuff to do every day. The host, Cherry, is so welcoming and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more.

Not really anything. The internet was a bit glitchy but it wasn't because of the property wifi, our esims which use data on the telecommunication networks were affected in the same way.
