i was given the keys at the reception and when i checked in the room, the room was left un cleaned. the bed, the bathroom, ashtray filled with cigarette buds; although the only thing i requested was that the room to be clean.

The nature of the building is that you can hear you neighbours a lot if they are not that quiet. Plus you can hear the music from the pool party even if that's not your jam.
