pool not working

The room has nice location, close to the beach and volleyball courts and in a front of Domina Club reception so you don’t need to go far for check out. The host was very friendly and available through WhatsApp in case there are any problems but I just didn’t have any.

Not much actually. Sitting at the terrace was the only blessing.

Internet did not work. TV did not work (a handful of Italian & Egyptian channels, all fuzzy, with no clear picture, no clear sound). Stains next to the fridge. Cupboard doors falling apart. Mould in the shower. Ceiling lamp flickering. I came from conference late in the night and left early. Even if I had complained about these, I didn’t have the feeling they would be attended to. (In any case, the facility is about 40 years old, and other than the garden, it was not maintained well.) Staff, friendly as they are, were often challenged in basic English conversation (their Italian was stronger); which often led to misunderstandings.

Great location, comfortable bed. There were towels provided and a card for beach towels. The snorkeling here is incredible - absolutely brilliant. The resort is great beautiful well kept gardens. They were happy for us to check out and leave our bags whilst we chilled out before our flight. We would stay here again.

The apartment was nice but not shiny clean. The fridge and bathroom could have been cleaner. If it had been nicely cleaned it would be perfect. A 15 min taxi from the airport will cost you 20 euros. The staff here were rather grumpy on the whole.
