The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Superb location modern comfy and had everything we needed and more. Nice bottle of wine and milk in fridge from hosts. Superb 5⭐️

The apartment and entrance area were outstanding. There has clearly been a lot of careful thought and expense given to what guests might enjoy during their stay. The apartment we were allocated (number five) was nice and warm, it had everything we needed and had a charming sea view from the lounge. All the bedding, towels and furnishings were of a very high quality standard. We travel a lot and it was actually one of the best apartments that we have ever stayed in - and by far the best in the Southend area. It was also much closer to the town centre than we had thought from the information and reviews.

If you are driving the parking is challenging, as it is in a great location and not free.

Damaged and dirty fixtures and fittings. Bathroom dirty. No instructions for heating

Cleaner, bathroom needs thorough clean Damaged fixtures and fittings need replacing Generally whole place needs a lot of tlc !!!!

"Nice clean apartment in a great location"

Location was great and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the keys. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Perhaps a bit more toilet paper and a couple of laundry pods would have been nice but other than that, it was all good.

Close to all attractions Felt like a home away from home Very comfortable bed Very accessible

The television by the bed was a normal Arial television whereas the one in the living room was a modern one, would have been great if those were switched, but that is merely preference
