we stayed for our honeymoon amazing property . has very think you will need and done out lovely . staff were lovely . very sad to be checking out this morning but home to vist again this month . worth every penny

Lovely apartment finished to a very high quality. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Great location for exploring the local area, very close to the seafront. Clear communication from the owners - I was nervous about paying via the email they sent me due to advice from Martin Lewis’ money site saying not to pay booking.com rentals outside of the main site. They were understanding and let me pay on arrival. The apartment was warm and we didn’t hear any noise from either the road or the other rooms. Would definitely stay here again. My three suggestions for improvements would be an extra blanket (my partner snores so I often have to sleep on the sofa), a coffee table in the living area, and a TV in the bedroom. I do agree with the other comment on here that these days, and at this price, it goes without saying that one expects this.

Had a wonderful 2 day stay in apartment 2 it was clean and spacious had the best nights sleep on comfortable bed easy reach of shops/beach if needed staff really helpful would recommend a stay and will certainly go back on my next visit

Stayed here with my daughter for a short 2 night break. The apartment looks exactly like the photos - modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Easy access with a code for the key box and easy instructions to pay for the on street parking @ £5 a day. The location is great. Few minutes to walk to the town centre and about an hour to walk to quaint Leigh-on-sea. Owners were helpful and always quick to respond. Highly recommend these apartments, will definitely be going back.

Stayed in apartment 2 for 2 nights, the apartment was immaculate very nicely decorated all high quality, had booked for premier inn previously until this came up last minute ,so glad we changed our booking for this place.Will definitely stay again 😁

We arrived on Friday, albeit earlier than 15.00 so that was accommodating. On the whole found the whole apartment disappointing. The black rug in the lounge was covered in bits and no hoover to do it even if I wanted to. There was not a t towel in site, the shower only has half a door, so the water goes everywhere and makes a dangerous situation. I put down the toilet lid and it broke at the back - could not get hold of owner to report. There is no blind or shutter at bathroom window so next door can get a full view of you if the window is open and this weekend the weather was too hot not to have them open. The only room I can say was spot on was the bedroom, the bed was extremely comfy and the bedding nice and soft - very bright in the morning though as the shutters do not quite sit together. Parking was attrocous and all the doors in apartment 6, which we stayed in and the other apartments bang shut as they are so heavy. The lounge lighting was all or nothing, either main light switch on which is too bright or the lamp that barely lights up. All in all very disappointed with something that is meant to be executive. Certainly not worth £300 for 3 nights

We had the most wonderful time. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and modern. The landlords were accommodating, kind and very responsive to messages. This is the most clean and comfortable place we have ever stayed in. It far surpassed some 5 star hotels that we have stayed in previously.

Stayed here for the weekend in apartment 5 and was better than expected. very spacious apartment with great fittings and fixtures and a sea view. the host was very helpful and made sure you was looked after if any problems. great location only couple mins walk to the beaches. would definitely recommend staying here over a standard hotel room. will be returning craig apartment 5
