Tower Apartments

We booked here for 3 days and there was only 2 coffee sachets for 3 days and no sugar, there was no TV in bedroom which for a place that advertises that they are executive apartments is a big disappointment. We called the owner and he said that we didn't ask for a TV in bedroom ( I would have thought it would be a given that there would be a TV ) I was amazed when the owner tells me that there were TV's in other apartments, why there are TV's in some apartments and not others i find confusing as these are Executive apartments. We decided to sleep in lounge as there was a big TV in there, we pulled sofa bed down and was appalled to see the sheet was dirty and torn, the mattress was so thin that we didn't sleep( My sofa bed has a better mattress ) again not what we expected from an executive apartment. We left the apartment the following day and found somewhere more comfortable and with a TV in bedroom, the owner text me to say they would offer a discount if we ever booked there again, would have been nicer if he offered us some money back from what we had paid to stay there.

Very well presented and close to the esplanade but Parking was difficult and the wooden floors noisy. The dining table small and high was uncomfortable to sit at. The kitchen knives did not cut. We had to buy one. There were other things missing such as a chopping board and bread knife oven gloves... A shame because it was great to look at

Excellent and comfortable and very clean had a lovely weekend would recommend it to anyone we stayed in the penthouse and cant wait to go back for another weekend great service and easy to get the keys

Just spent the weekend at Tower Apartments and I was pleasently surprised with the standard of the premises. Spacious apartments, especially No. 7, lovely area, convenient for sea front and would definitely recommend them. Bit jealous we didn't get a bottle of wine on arrival tho!!! Joking!! Will definitely use them again.

I must say that I was surprised by the standard of apartments. It's worth of it's price. We have a lovely long weekend with our family there. The owner was so helpful. On the arrival in the apartment there was a bottle of wine waiting for us. We had only one issue which was resolved immediately. Basically we weren't happy about hovering of the floor and we have a toddler so we asked if they could do this again. The owner came to us with the bottle of champagne and chocolate and apologise for the trouble. Definitely coming back soon. Good quiet location. Thx for everything.

I have been renting an apartment here for the past 11 months, whilst working in Southend. The apartments are very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and compared to a hotel room, good value for money. Any problem, however trivial, is dealt with immediately, or if late at night, acknowledged straight away and dealt with first thing in the morning. And there were very few problems. Paul, Sue and the team are first rate. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

First Class Amazing Apartments that were clean, well serviced and in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely helpful and communication was excellent from the outset. If you are coming to Southend and need somewhere to stay, then this is the place. The prices are on par with the top hotels but with Tower Apartments you get so much more than just a room, Highly recommended.

Excellent base for all southend activities close to beach town centre pier just a walk away very modern clean apartment owner and staff very helpful I would definitely book again only advise is you will have to book early as very popular

This place is truly five star, from its design down to its location this for me is the best place to stay in southend by far. Staff are as nice as the apartments, very friendly. I will definitely be staying again. Thank you team.
