Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Duży balkon z widokiem na morze. Gry - karty, trzy planszowe- wszystko było. Do plaży około 100 m. Wszysko na uboczu Alikante. Cisza i spokój w lutym. Do sklepu około 600 m, do restauracji od 100 m.

Гарне розташування,терасса,поряд пляж,басейн.гарна територія біля будинку!!до аліканте 20хв на авто.

The view from the balcony was great. Good size and layout of the apartment It was bright, it had potential. Good size kitchen.The place was safe with great facilities inside the communal area Friendly staff.

This is not a luxury apartment. Located next to a construction site. Big water leak in the toilet coming from the apartment above. Reading now the previous comments, it appears that this leak problem was since October. The tap of the same toilet was very loose, almost broken. Malfunctioning shower in that bathroom. I paid around £30 for insurance, the alternate option was to pay a deposit around £300 ( I wonder how many people paid for the insurance). Free check-in is available only between 11 am and 1 pm, otherwise there's a fee of 40-50 euros cash for check-in (never heard of that in my life). I only found out those the week before coming. Poor management. not great communication when the issues and possible solution was offered.

De ligging was geweldig met prachtig uitzicht en zon. Zeker in de herfst is dat heel fijn.

Location close to the see

Construction Works in front of the Building. Roof tarace not connected with apartment, you have to go out of appartment and take lift one floor up.
