Beachfront Luxury Apartments by NRAS

Der Ausblick über das Meer ist total schön. Auch die Lage direkt am Strand war super. Super war auch, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hatte.

Es gab leider keine Kaffeemaschine, obwohl diese in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Auf Nachfragen sollte sich drum gekümmert werden, doch leider haben wir keine bekommen. Das Apartment war leider auch nicht richtig sauber.

The views were great, the pool fab (even had a lifeguard during the day, could use it till v late), all v clean and relaxed. Building site behind it barely noticeable, cicadas were noisier...! (We came August 25, looked like they maybe had another half a year to go?) Starter pack for kitchen was v welcome, liked the little library left over from previous visitors, also some beach stuff, inflatables and pumps... So definitely recommend going to the flat before you go out and buy anything! The flat has proper blackout shutters and really good air conditioning. Washing machine and dishwasher were very welcome ... Nothing missing in the kitchen, Toaster, microwave, kettle all provided ... Only found the big frying pans a couple of days in, above the fridge freezer 😂 Generally, the interior was very nice. Very close to the beach, just across the road. Even during the high season on a Sunday there was plenty of space on the beach. Very flat slope. So very kids friendly ... There's a bus stop right in front that takes you either west to Santa Pola and the shopping or east to Alicante. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, also small supermarkets. 15 minute taxi ride from the airport, but barely heard the planes at all.

Nothing per se, slightly more workspace in the kitchen would be nice. The glass window between the main bedroom and living room was also a bit strange, meant whoever woke up first couldn't avoid disturbing anyone still sleeping in the master... But again not a big deal, the flat was lovely!

It was noisy till late at night with people in other buildings partying. We had a penthouse but the top floor was not very clean. The beds were comfortable but not the pillows. I felt it was too expensive for what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. One of its biggest advantages is the excellent location – everything you need is within walking distance, including shops and restaurants. Another great benefit is the private parking available on-site, which made my stay even more convenient. The surroundings are lively yet peaceful, making it easy to relax after a day out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and a top-notch location.

Buena ubicación respecto a la playa y vistas

Limpieza mejorable y sabanas El ático tiene una terraza pero no se comunica desde dentro de apartamento y no tenia la misma privacidad
