Grâce à la localisation idéal et aux recommandations d’Olivier, nous avons vécu les fêtes de viana en plein cœur. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, le confort et les équipements de l’appartement ainsi que la propreté irréprochable du lieux. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Hele fijne locatie, prachtig zicht! Ruim en comfortabel appartement. Hele fijne communicatie en ontvangst door Olivier, voor en tijdens ons verblijf.

Zetelbed was niet zo comfortabel om te slapen, ook al was het nieuw. Geen droogrekje voor de afwas, maar dat is maar een detail.

The location of the apartment was great, close to the port and lots of small restaurants. The apartment was well equipped for a couple or small family.

The sofa in front of the TV wasn't particularly comfortable.

The host is a very welcoming person and immediately made us at ease. He explained well the surroundings and gave us suggestions for restaurants. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It's also very central so you can definitely leave the car in the private garage for the entire time.

The location is perfect. It is in the center of the city, but at the same time in the quiet part at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. The apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. WI-FI worked perfectly.

The apartment has no air conditioning, so staying there in the summer may not be as comfortable as at other times of the year. I stayed in May and I don't have a single complaint for the apartment.

Location was Great, apartment was clean and comfortable, but most of all, the host was amazing! Olivier went out his way to make sure things went right, and he offered great trips on the city. He is TRULY a super host!

Door to the apartment stuck a little bit..trivial for the comfort

Olivier was the consummate host. He provided excellent directions on how to find the apartment as we were arriving by train. He took time to explain to us where the main attractions were in relation to the apartment and provided some excellent recommendations for places to eat or have a coffee and pastry. There is a great view of Santa Luzia cathedral from the apartment which added to its charm. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable and for those inclined to self-cater it had a well-equipped kitchen with full sized cook top and oven. It also had a lift which made accessing the apartment very easy, especially with luggage.
