Location and Cleanliness

Second bedroom was down a circular staircase, difficult to navigate and no bathroom on that level. It might be okay for youngsters, but was hard for 70 year olds. It was not what was expected from the photos.

Apartment is excellently located for visiting Viana. Particularly liked the secure garage parking. Olivier was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what to do. Would recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a base for a few days. We booked at short notice due to a change in plans caused by the rainy weather.

The sofa and bed were a little uncomfortable for us. Also a bedside table and light on both sides of the bed would be nice.

The location was fantastic, overlooking a lovely old square. The doors overlooking the square all opened so you could sit and watch the view. Like being outside but still in the apartment All the glass doors and windows made the apartment really bright. Central location so just a short walk to most places you're likely to want.

Not much although the seats could have been a bit more comfortable and a little bit of art or photos of Viana on the walls would have really finished the apartment nicely and more it feel more of a home.

Great clean apartment equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Located close to the centre of town with a great view of the cathedral on the hillside.

The apartment was right in the historic heart of Viana. It was very well equipped and Olivier did all he could to make us comfortable and feel welcome

Great communication from Olivier who met us on arrival and provided us with maps and local information. Central location with a cute balcony overlooking the rooftops of the town. Very clean simple accommodation and good value. Car parking is available down a narrow street adjacent to the apartment (be prepared to reverse out as there is no room to turn around). Close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend.
