the location was perfect, Melusina apartments contain 12 units. the terrace was brilliant and the swimming pool as well . it was no breakfast. no washing machine. it was several electrical appliances , but not enough electric sockets.

There was water damage in the apartment, so the kitchen furniture and doors swelled up and partially fell apart. Because of the moisture, the fuse for the kitchen tripped, so the fridge was moved to another corner. Overall, the apartment is in a very shabby condition. Location was perfect in between the beach and main shopping centres. Apartment was a good size compared to others in the resort. Free wifi was very good

No fresh sheets or towels in the first seven days , we had to contact the property owner twice to get fresh linen. No checks were done on the equipment in the apartment we had no clothes hangers but a lot of cutlery , friends in another apartment had lots of hangers and no knives we ended up at the pool swapping items. Great size, clean and comfortable with large patio and next to the pool. Plenty of kitchen equipment for 2 people. Good size bedroom and storage with built-in safe. Decent shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet area but great location for walking to the beach, Cita and Yumbo centres. Good communication from Eduardo.
