Apartamentos Melusina en Playa del Inglés al lado de la playa y las Dunas de Maspalomas

The owner was brilliant and helped me get back into the apartment after locking myself out on New Years Eve. The size of the apartment was good. It was in a perfect quiet location very close to the beach, restaurants and all the shopping centres. The terrace, the garden and pool was tranquil and ideal.

The kitchen was a little basic and small. The cleanliness could have been improved so i gave it a once over to bring it to the standard i would have expected several times during my stay and on my last day of stay, also the bed smelled a little musty so i had to clean the bed linen myself to riid the musty smell. The apartment is adequate but could do with a bit of a facelift to bring it up to scratch.

Excellent location. Easy access to entertainment, shops and beach. Nearby Bars and restaurants all very good and varied catering for all tastes. Swim pool clean and regularly maintained. Apartment has good facilities, microwave, coffee filter, kettle, toaster and iron. Also T.V. limited to mainly Spanish and German programs.

Housekeeping. I stayed at Melusina for 7 weeks. During which time bed linen, towels were only changed 3 or 4 times. Originally promised weekly, either Monday or Tuesday. Also sun loungers needed cleaning.

Never again. Ever. Place worn out not maintained, everything falling apart or missing cant believe its s 3 star at Booking?! 1 star is a lot for this place. No cleaning at all these 4 weeks? Not even as we arrived. Sheets hole in them, no frying pan, no proper cleaning stuff must buy your own. Took 10 days and complaints to Booking before they came fixed closet for out clothes, a bronen window was fixed in a few days tvouch and they made some "extra" cleaning, not even worth call it cleaning. Also disappointed in Booking for handling matters as if I need to argue for 20th time towards hotel owners.

This is the largest apartment we have stayed in, with the large balcony - which gets the sun all day and night - an added bonus! We already knew the location was excellent having stayed in the vicinity before. Very traditional Spanish feel to it which we liked.. Pool was small but adequate. Kitchen was small but enough to cook a full meal.

No air conditioning! Loose electric socket in the kitchen,

the location was perfect. near the dunes & cita & a walk away from yumbo. i stayed here around christmas 2021 but it was on the ground floor where i could hear the noise of the chairs & tables being dragged on the floor of the apartment. this time i was on the topmost floor & not really bothered by the noise of the furnitures dragged on the floor

i stayed for 10 days & booked for 2 persons & got only 2 sets of towels during the entire stay. i thought somebody would come during the mid weeks for cleaning but no one did. i asked for fresh towels & they said they would send some but nothing came
