Boutique Villa in Antigua

The property is perfect for 1-2 people, it is big, spacious with a traditional rustic touch that makes it feel warm as your own place. Furniture is in perfect state and decoration.

You can hear the noise from other rooms, although it didn’t bother me because I’m a deep sleeper. I think the water from the shower could improve the pressure and direction; I was in a rush so I decided to have a shower as it is with low pressure but it might be something to get fixed easily. Also, I was not aware the place is in the highway, and walking around at night I would not recommend it for solo-traveller as a woman. From a location point of view, I think this place is for travellers who have a car (I might missed the information but I thought I could walk to downtown without a problem). I used Uber and it’s safe. Lastly, I didn’t know Booking.com payment does not work in Guatemala, I needed to pay with an external link sent to me. Although the owner has a great service and answers any question, I wish I could know all this information before, maybe I missed it; but should be advertise for someone with a car.

There was no washing machine in the apartment, even though it was listed as a part of a kitchen. Disappointing, as the only washing facility was extra paid and booked out for the whole first day of our visit.

Bijou, super well equipped apartment in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the town centre. Great wifi and very helpful staff. Lovely peaceful courtyard after the crowded streets.

The location was perfect and secured

The duplex apartment was very good indeed. En-suite bathroom was great too. Very clean. Good secure parking and armed guard made us feel very secure.

Locaton was a bit out of town and a walk down a busy road to get into town.

One of the best features of Villas Santa Ines is its proximity to Antigua’s city center. Just a short and pleasant walk away, we found ourselves in the heart of the city, surrounded by incredible restaurants and charming cafés along the way. Exploring Antigua from this location was effortless and enjoyable. The property also offered affordable laundry services with both a washer and dryer available, which was a great bonus for us. This thoughtful addition made our stay even more hassle-free. Overall, our experience at Villas Santa Ines was excellent. The combination of cleanliness, outstanding amenities, security, and a prime location made it the perfect base to explore the beautiful city of Antigua. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this wonderful city.

The house was beautiful as well as the condominium. Everything kept very nicely and the staff made us feel so welcome and safe. The house is the perfect size for a couple to stay comfortably.

The towels and bed sheets were not clean.
