Old building under construction with risky elevator, in other apartament lokal workers are leaving, swiming pool area dirty and under construction. In living room old sofa.
GBThe apartment has been totally refurbished, it had a lovely walk in shower, great kitchen facilities including a microwave. It has agood sea view too.The sun is on the balcony all morning so you can have your breakfast out there. It also has WiFi... I loved my stay here & will definitely return

GBGreat location to the Yumbo centre about 5-8 minute walk. The local Mercadona and Lidl is 10 minutes.
We could not find the apartment on the day as the apartment block is actually called Los Molinos. The block look very run down outside and inside but the actual apartment was okay inside for the money we paid. The swimming pool area needs some work but is okay. Access to the swimming pool is via all the bins on lower ground so not very pleasant. The TV was not working but didn't make a difference to our stay and we were told on arrival the washing machine had smoke coming out of it so best not to use.

GBLovely clean and well equipped apartment in a very central location for either Maspalomas or playa del Inglés. Pool quiet and clean and you could always get a sun bed.
bedroom had no air con so was hot at nights.
