They have CAMERAS in the room. They claim they turn them off but when we covered them, someone spoke to us from a small white box near the TV telling us in Spanish to uncover them. It's disgusting. They do nothing to help. The neighbours who actually live there scream, shout and bang all night long and when we complained they told us they spoke to the neighbours and they said they hadn't shouted or screamed then proceeded to call us liars. The place is so run down even the lift just opens and closes all day and night.

GBA good location with easy access to shops and restaurants. This private apartment is in a large block with an attractive communal pool (with separate children’s pool). The apartment has been tastefully updated and is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is great for breakfast, lunch and early evening drinks. There is a useful safety deposit box and good security system. The owners are very well organised, welcoming and helpful.
The address on booking.com states the address number not the name of the apartment block I.e. Los Molinos. The lifts are a bit creepy but work well.

USWe stayed for 28 days and overall it was an excellent stay. Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the back entrance to Yumbo. José was very accommodating as our flight was delayed more than 3 hours. Everything you need is very close: restaurants, grocery store, bars. Comfortable beds, great aircon, stocked kitchen. Extremely good value for the price.
While this isn’t the fault of the host, the property, Los Molinos, is mostly a residential building, and while most residents, most of the time, followed the community guidelines regarding quiet hours from 7pm until 8am, some residents (or maybe other visiting tourists) could be very noisy, especially on weekends. However, even on some of the loud nights, it was quiet by midnight, so if you’re going out every night the noise isn’t a problem.
