Beautiful modern unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is 3 blocks from old town. Stefania was fantastic to work with. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Excellent location - just a short walk to Polignano old town and close to the water. We loved having a secure spot to park our car. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Stephania was a fabulous host, giving us clear instructions and suggestions for local tours and eateries.

El departamento es excepcional,lo mismo que la atención de Stefania,quien fue la persona que nos esperó a la llegada,siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos ,un encanto de persona. El estacionamiento muy cómodo.Y el lugar es ideal,cómodo para salir y entrar a la ciudad en auto y para manejarse a pie,el centro a 5 cuadras.

Sehr gute Lage mit kurzem Fußweg ins Zentrum. Parkgarage mit eigenem Stellplatz. Eigene Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr netter Kontakt bei Schlüsselübergabe.

Der einzige Nachteil ist bei Regenwetter zu bemerken. Die Regentropfen (vermutlich auf das angrenzende Blechdach) hören sich im Schlafzimmer nämlich derartig laut an, als würden Kieselsteine auf ein Blech fallen. Ohne Gehörschutz wäre in dieser Situation leider nicht an Schlaf zu denken.

Great access to old town - 5 minute walk! Well equipped apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Rooftop terrace was pleasant.

Dogs barking, particularly at night, so could not open windows overnight which was a shame being so close to the ocean. The scented room fragrance was a bit overpowering - would not work for anyone with allergies.

Siisti ja toimiva. Autolle turvallinen pysäköinti. Hyvä sijainti.

Luvattu merinäköala vain talon katolta sijaitsevalta terassilta. ( Sinne mennessä piti poistua asunnosta ja kävellä yleisiä rappuja pitkin rakennuksen katolle. Jossa oli oma terassi). Asunnosta näkymä vain naapuri rakennuksiin.
