Lokalizacja i to że posiada swój własny parking podziemny. Obsługa nie trzyma się sztywno godzin, wpuszcza wcześniej, można zostać chwilę dłużej, bardzo fajni.

Отлично местоположение , удобен и чист апартамент с всичко необходимо за престой. Голяма тераса с морски изглед . Има и подземен паркинг . Лесна комуникация с домакина и взимане на ключа. Благодаря за приятния престой!

Apartman mal vsetko co sme potrebovali, dokonca pracku, k dispozicii boli tablety do mycky, kuchynske utierky, koreniny, pracie prasky, vonkajsie lehatka, vonkajsi nabytok, na velkej terase sa skvelo ranajkovalo s vyhladom na more, blizko je more a zaroven aj centrum pekneho mestecka, plaz je mensia, s kamienkami, ale voda je krasna, na plazi sa da zapozicat lehatko a slnecnik (8e/kus). Ubytujuci bol velmi mily a napomocny, umoznil nam skorsi prichod a neskorsi odchod, co nam velmi pomohlo.

Neviem o nicom

Tolle Lage. Hatten einen Parkplatz wo auch unsere Tourneo Custom reingepasst hat. Die Wohnung ist schön mit hochwertige Ausstattung.

Uns haben ein paar mehr Teller gefehlt, da wir eigentlich nicht die Spühlmaschine leer laufen lassen wollten. Ein Geschirrhandtuch wäre auch klasse gewesen. Die Waschmaschine sollte mal gereinigt werden.

Location just outside of town. Nice clean unit with large front balcony and security.

From day one there was no hot water and the air conditioning was not working. We notified the host immediately. This lasted for 5 days and nights of our 8 night stay. Host was not helpful in trying to resolve this quickly. She kept saying there’s no problem or it’s fixed when clearly it wasn’t fixed and there was a problem. We raised this with both the host and Bookings.com and neither were helpful in resolving the issues quickly. We were having freezing cold showers and living in unbearably hot and stuff conditions for 5 days and nights before the issues were finally resolved. Temperature in Polignano at the time was ranging from 35-44 degrees on some days. Sometimes it was cooler outside than it was inside. We asked for a refund of part of the rent we paid as reasonable compensation for the lack of the facilities and instead we were blamed for costing the host the cost of technicians to fix the problem. Since it’s not our unit and we did not cause the problems we don’t understand how this is our problem. The host was troublesome and difficult to deal with. It was my single worst holiday letting experience ever. I do not recommend this unit. It tainted my holiday experience with my family.

Loved the location - easy walk into town and it was good to be away from the crowds.

The apartment was advertised as two double rooms. The second room had a small double and single bed. This was not really suitable for a second couple. The apartment had cheap finishes. The tiles on the front porch were not grouted and appeared to be sitting on the concrete. The second bathroom was tiny.
