The location is excellent, with its proximity to Goh Tong Jaya being a significant advantage. It offers easy access to local amenities, making it convenient for both residents and visitors. The surrounding area is lively, and there are plenty of options for dining and entertainment nearby. Overall, it's a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere while having the comfort of a nearby retreat.

However, I was not informed prior to my stay that the properties do not have air conditioning, which was quite disappointing, especially given the warm climate. Luckily, the weather that day was cool, which made my stay more comfortable.

The premise require access card to enter the mailbox room which is where we need to collect our keys for self check-in. The security refused to give us access to the mailbox room, claiming that only owner holding the access card. We called the owner but he said he was currently outstation. The owner explained to us it was the management fault for not giving him the access card. The whole process took almost half an hour and the conclusion is we need to find another place to stay instantly for that night (it was already 8pm). The owner fully refunded us and claimed that he was “done his responsibility” and hung up on us RUDELY.

Location is walking distance to shops

Dirty. Stains on futon bedsheet, sofa and chairs. 1 Heater out of service. Said for 8 pax but only 1 blanket for two futon beds. Only 2 yellowish towels provided. Only 1 toilet procided 1 bottle of shampoo. Host is rude and no manners. Will never give a chance to homestay rated below 8 anymore.
