Wonderful penthouse in the center of Icod de los Vinos

La ubicación del apartamento cerca de las carreteras principales para viajar a cualquier punto de la isla. La terraza para cenar al fresquito. Fácil para aparcar cerca.

La cama era bastante incómoda, además de pequeña. El sofá necesita una limpieza y para dormir es muy duro.

The place was very clean with big space. The owner is helpful, all good.

Great location close to shops and a great view would highly recommend.

I was a solo traveller and spent 3 nights in Wonderful Penthouse. The complex itself is very secure and the lovely neighbours I met were amazingly friendly and helpful as was Pablo the owner who could be contacted if and when needed. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed......the terrace is amazing and very well equipped. The location of the apartment is a 5 minute walk to most attractions....absolutely fantastic! You have a choice of 2 supermarkets and a small shopping mall on your doorstep....Mercadona and Hyperdino. Plenty of eating places near to Apartment. Given that the Apartment was a 5 minute walk from the bus station it was easy and cheap to visit nearby places such as Garachico and Santa Cruz. A must visit is Mariposario del Drago Butterfly which is a fantastic experience even if you are not into butterflies....it's not a huge event however it's breathtaking. Thank you Pablo I loved everything about my stay.

It wasn't a dislike purely a suggestion that perhaps better lighting on the terrace would be appreciated.

Great location with easy parking near by. Supermarket very near was useful. Apartment was very well furnished and the terrace was impressively large and with good views.

+ very spacious and beautiful terrace with a very beautiful sea view I loved every single day (sea view only from the right side of the terrace!! not from the front! You can see the sea also inside the apartment!) + modern apartment with modern furnitures, modern kitchen, modern microwave, fridge etc. + loved the included Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker that makes you fresh coffee within seconds every morning to enjoy it with a sea view + huge TV with Netflix! If you have an account you can watch your favorite series before going to sleep + there's a huge Mercadona supermarket downstairs open until 21:30 every day (except sunday) with amazing spanish products you can cook at the apartment. Since it's literally one minute to reach, it's basically an external fridge for you. + the apartment is very central in Icod de los Vinos, only 4 min. to the central bus station and 5 min to the main attraction of the town, the Dragon tree. + towels were provided and a hairdryer, also basic kitchen stuff like frying pans, cutting board, plates, cutlery etc. and oil and salt + the owner replies very fast if you have a problem or question and is generally very helpful + great bargain! service/price ratio is excellent! It's a great deal!

- I had a problem finding the apartment, because if you insert the address on Google maps then Google sends you to the wrong place. The owner can't be blamed for Google's mistake but should consider to give exact directions prior to arrival to avoid this problem. - I had to buy lot's of stuff which could have been there / provided already like sugar and coffee capsules for the Nescafé coffee maker (they are quite expensive). I left a lot of stuff after my check-out and I hope the owner will leave it there for the next clients (especially the coffee) - you can clearly hear the neighbors at night in the bedroom. Walls are thin. I didn't have problems sleeping with that but be aware that it could be a problem at least until midnight or 00:30 - there's a machine on the rooftop (likely for the aircons?) that starts to make loud and annoying sounds a few times per day which can affect your experience on the terrace (can't be heard inside once the door is closed) - be aware that a huge terrace doesn't guarantee you the sun. Google is your friend.
