"Good flat to use as a base to explore the island and the town"

It is a nice small flat, located close to the center of town, close to The Drago and the Mariposario. There is a shopping mall just under the building , with super market and few other useful shops. The terrace of the flat is very big and nice, it could have been cleaner though. The flat has an easy access to the main road that connects all of north Tenerife and its 5 minutes drive to Playa San Marcos.

Quite a few of the facilities in the flat were out of order and the cleanliness left to desire. Communication with the host was not very smooth as I had to write to them few times before I got instructions of how to access the apartment. There is a aircon compressor on the top of the flat and the noise is maddening if you are to spend time inside or even on the terrace, not the flat's owners fault of course, but something to mentioned. However, If you will be out and about exploring the island probably not that bad.
