New renovated duplex near the ocean located in Tenerife Sur

Sucio, propietaria no solucionó nuestros inconvenientes,ni nos cogió el teléfono, fotos engañosas porque la piscina estaba en obras y puso una foto del 2018 de la piscina.No se veía la tele, solo YouTube,y ella pone en el anuncio que si se ve la tele.Cortaron las palmeras y nos ensuciaron las terrazas y la propietaria dice que eso no es cuenta de ella,cuando el apartamento está dentro de un complejo cerrado.Cucarachas, moscas, mucho olor a heces de animales, gatos....hasta ocupas saltando para entrar en otros apartamentos....Fatal, me siento engañada y estafada

The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable the complex was lovely and the pools were brilliant also the location was very good

There was a little bit of dog muck around the complex,and cockroachs in kitchen at night time

the property was clean, I can’t say perfect but clean.

I don’t like the old kitchen with the bugs everywhere, I have to sanitise everything and everytime when I was needed something to use. It doesn’t worth the money that we paid. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa from the living room is uncomfortable, is old. Also small tv in room. Is not as described in the article, is not new duplex renovated. Maybe was renovated long time ago.

The rooms are nice and spacious,beds were clean. We got also baby cot. NIce terrace with pool view. Pools are next to appartment and they are nice and clean. Small one for the baby was also very good. Grocery shop is 2minutes from appartment. Near the complex were small but very good restaurants. It will be very good appartment, but they have to fix few things.

The microwave oven's door were broken, drawer in the kitchen was broken, shower curtains should be replaced, closet in the bedroom on 1floor was missing, there is no place were to hang you clothes. 2 bedrooms were upstairs which is good when you want to have privacy. At the night were have seen cockroaches in the kitchen.
