The pools were clean and quiet and the apartment is spacious.

Apartment wasn't the cleanest, very basic, old and tired. Terrible smell from upstairs bathroom and around the complex. Dogs dirt all over the grounds. Hostile host.

I would not say this property is renovated :) be ready for many insects. very loud (there live many people in this duplex)
