Location was perfect! Mercedes, host, was so very gracious, helpful and very available. I definitely recommend this for a stay in Tenerife, good base to go any direction to see this beautiful island. It is located in a beautiful spot with everything you will need from groceries to restaurants. The property is well maintained. Thank you, Mercedes, for bring a wonderful host!

Location is great. Rooftop pool is lovely and great views . Host was lovely and left us wine. Chocolates. And plenty of fruit and lots of extras. Have stayed here before and would again. Can't fault the place.

I would like if canopy on balcony could be pulled back a bit further as can be abit dark on balcony.

Das Apartment ist modern, zweckmäßig und strukturiert eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben. Einen Geschirrspüler vermisst man nicht, da es ein lustiges Spülsystem gibt. Das Bad ist schick und geräumig, mit Waschmaschine bestückt und das Duschwasser stets perfekt. Vom Balkon aus kann man das quirlige Leben am alten kleinen Hafen beobachten; die Korbsessel sind bequem; die Lautstärke am Abend hat uns bei geschlossener Tür nicht gestört. Zahlreiche gute Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frau Mercedes ist eine liebenswerte Person, die uns mit zahlreichen Köstlichkeiten willkommen geheißen hat. Auch hat sie uns stets gute Tipps für die Erkundung der Insel gegeben . Das hat den Aufenthalt somit auch zu einem besonders schönen Erlebnis gemacht.

Wir würden es begrüßen, wenn das Fenster zum Patio noch eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit bieten würde.

The apartment is very clean, very well taken care of and well equipped. It is in a very calm building, my stay was very relaxing. The apartment has a great location, the balcony has a view to the ocean, the beach and the streets with restaurants and bars are just a few minutes' walking distance and it is in a safe area. The communication was smooth and easy with the owner, we don't speak a shared language but we managed this easily, she was kind, helpful and gave me lots of information. I enjoyed my one-week stay in this apartment.

I was very happy with everything.
