Property was spotless and had all the facilities we needed. Quiet location and we were very happy there! Joya was a fantastic host and accommodated any requests we had. Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was beautiful and the grounds. The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. The host was amazing, she couldn't do enough for us, ordered taxis and visited to make sure everything was ok. Gorgeous courtyard with built in couches, comfy chairs and cushions with tables. Suntrap during the day and so romantic at night with the beautiful lighting. Lovely and quiet at night. We had the most amazing time here. I cannot recommend it enough. So near the strip, restaurants and beach.

We did not have one complaint. Everything was amazing. Skala is the most beautiful place. Kefalonia airport was a joy no waiting or queuing. Definitely going back next year.

Lovely clean studios in a great quiet location but within an easy walk to shops, restaurants and eye beach. Joya was so welcoming and helpful with any questions we had with things to do and places to go. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again

There was nothing we didn't like

Room was very comfortable, facilities were good, room was clen and tidy. location was very good - there is a nice walk back to the room from the restaurants and beach. The area is very very quiet which was fantastic.

The walls are a bit thin - you can hear your neighbours (we were fortunate as they were not very loud).

Excellent location , spotlessly clean, plenty of fresh sheets and towels. Everything you could need. Loved the little garden area at the rear of the property for morning coffee and outside bistro set outside our room to enjoy a bit of late sunshine and a glass of wine ( this was best in our room , room 1 )

No sea view but the property was so quiet and easy to park on the road this really wasn’t a problem, you only need to stroll down the road to the beach anyway

Just back from a 5 night stay at Joya. The room was exactly like the pictures, it's light and modern. Very clean, and cleaned daily. Nice seating area outside the room but also a nice seating area in the courtyard. Nice peaceful location but easy walk to bars and restaurants and the beach. Joya was a great host. Would definitely stay again.
