Location and kindness

Was in a great location. Cleaned everyday. Had everything you needed overall was a fantastic stay.

The studio has everything one needs while on vacation. It is very quiet and neat.

Not really Joya’s fault: We were there during the heat wave and it was too hot to have breakfast outside or sleep without a/c.

The Studio was very nicely done in polished concrete type decor on walls and floors and kitchen. It was spacious and had a huge comfy bed . The kitchen was complete with all accessories including kettle and sandwich toaster . Tea and coffee pouches were included and also shower gel and shampoo and body lotion . There was a hairdryer, ironing board and safety deposit box and a clothes airer too. Outside area behind was dine lovely with a corner seating part .

Studio is very cozy and fully equipped to cook a simple meal (in case you don't want to go to the restaurant all the time). It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, the center of the village and the beach are in walking distance. Joya is a marvellous host, very kind and helpful!

Joya was amazing and very helpful! The rooms super clean and comfortable and very close to the centre of Skala, only a few mins walk. Extremely close to Skala beach too, 10 mins walk.

A great place to have a good rest in quiet place and have all the benefits of Skala resort at the same time as the apartment is located within 2-3 minutes walk to the main Skala promenade. Very comfortable modern room, brand new equipment (kitchen, bathroom) with all what is needed while self-catering holidays. A very nice patio in the backyard. Just 3 apartments in the compound. Very clean with regular cleaning service. And last, but not least - a great Host - Joya - very helpful and kind with great hospitality; gives many useful tips including Milos beach restaurant (delicious fresh food, great atmosphere and great value for money) - highly recommended as well.
