Douro Pateo House

La cama de matrimonio es muy amplía y la habitación con 2 camas para los niños es perfecta. Tiene una zona con terraza ajardinada muy cómoda. Zona tranquila y sin ruido de vecinos. El cheking perfecto, había una señora que nos explicó todo perfectamente.

Quizás la ubicación, no hay mucho sitio para dejar el vehículo. Algo pequeño para 4 personas. El grifo de la ducha no había manera de ajustar la temperatura, o muy fría o muy caliente. Nos cobraron 2'5€ por persona adulto y día, los niños no, en persona, por tasa turística, no me dieron resguardo y comprobante.

NIce place, Close enough to many of the things we like in Porto. Easy parking.

The only complaint i had (and for me its an integrity thing) was that we were made to pay an additional 10euro even though the T&Cs stated it was not required, so we should not have been forced to pay. The responsibility for this error sits with the host or booking.com. Not the first time ive been stung by a host and booking.com takes no responsibilty either. Dissappointing

Anna & Margarida are super hosts. The appartment is great with a nice private garden and terras. Super clean. Very good bed.

1)Отель сложно найти. На самом деле это крошечный домик без вывески на безлюдной улице. 2)Из-за того, что я приезжала поздно, написала время заранее. Хозяйка отеля несколько раз спросила время заезда, но в итоге все перепутала и так и не встретила. Пришлось ждать с чемоданом ночью на улице около часа, пока не знакомая привезет ключи. Хозяйка так и не извинилась за свою ошибку, зато потребовала оплату городского налога. Хотя в информации о номере не было указано, что нужна дополнительная оплата 3)проблема с горячей водой. Смеситель в любом положении выдает либо очень холодную воду либо очень горячую. Невозможно спокойно принять душ 4) в номер 3 раза пролезали большие насекомые несмотря на наличие москитной сетки. 5) сломанный подтекающий чайник 6) невозможно открыть окна из-за того, что это 1-й этаж и они выходят прямо на дорогу, которая находится в 1 метре.

Lovely outdoor patio space and overall accommodation. Host was very good at communicating. The welcome was lovely. Clean apartment. Great location for the Gaia side noting the hill

Bear in mind that it if you are going to the riverfront, that it is quite a walk back up the hill to return to the apartment but there are bus stops nearby and taxis. There is also a new multiple lift system nearby. In the apartment, we could sometimes hear people talking loudly next door however we think they realised and spoke more quietly . These items would definitely not stop us staying there again

We had a pleasant stay in a clean and very beautiful house! We had all the necessaries for a family with 2 kids (8 and 5 years old). The house is as it appears in photos. No way we could find such a place in a better price! Ana (the owner) and the people who welcomed us where very caring and willing to help us with anything we wanted. I certainly recommend for both families and couple. Thank you very much Ana!!!

Water control is hard on the shower to reach the sweet spot of temperature.
