Lovely welcome pack everything you could possibly need was in the appartment Esther was very welcoming the appartment was cleaned during our stay and was done to a high standard will definitely be going back

From booking until leaving Esther was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The complex is in a great location very quiet and well maintained. Danny who runs the bar is great. Nothing is to much trouble. Will definitely be back.đź‘Ť

This is a super apartment in a fantastic location. The owner is very welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The complex is super with a bar, pool and things for kids to do. The apartment is 5 minutes away from the restaurants and bars, yet quiet and peaceful. I would love to come back.

There is nothing negative to say about this super apartment.

La posizione, molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Puerto del Carmen. La presenza della lavatrice nell'appartamento. Il WiFi funzionante.

la proprietaria non si è mai fatta vedere e rispondeva solo a richieste via Whatsapp. Non ha chiarito come funzionava il "villaggio" (il "bar" apriva a orari sempre diversi e mai al mattino, ad esempio), ma ha solo specificato di non rivolgersi mai alla "reception". L'aria condizionata, indicata su Booking fra i servizi disponibili, era invece a pagamento (mah). L'appartamento era spazioso ma sicuramente bisognoso di manutenzione: il soffione della doccia, ad esempio, non rimaneva in posizione e lo stendino esterno era rotto. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva e la presenza di un mobile sopra il WC lo rendeva pericoloso. Infine, la porta di accesso al "villaggio", per la quale era previsto un codice, era in realtà quasi sempre aperta e bloccata con ganci o sassi, sia di giorno che di notte.
