"Lovely home from home in a great location with great beach view"

Lovely apartment in an amazing location, a little home from home in the sun. That is right in the centre of everything . Ideal for a couple Great host, easy and responsive communications but not intrusive in any way. Amazing views of the beach across the road from the terrace. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to book and stay at this apartment again in the future

"Early January break"

It is an excellent apartment with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with an excellent music system and all the TV stations. The location is perfect for exploring all that Puerto Del Carmen has to offer. Communication with Joe is easy, and any questions are answered quickly. We were very pleased that he allowed us to check out later due to having an early evening flight.

Nothing not to like.

Great location, cosy flat. Joe was a great host.

Being in the heart of the strip can be a little noisy until midnight but nothing too disruptive.

"Anniversary turned a bit sour"

Loved the location. The apartment was just like the photo. Very nice

The day before our arrival we were told there was a problem with the water. We had to turn off the stop cock every time we left the apartment as the leak was flooding the restaurant downstairs. We had to leave the water off all night. We were led to believe that this just happened, but the restaurant told us it was going on for the 2 weeks before we got there!! I am in a dispute about my €250 deposit. Told there would be no charges and I would get a full refund but it was €12 less
