Atlantic Ocean View

Owner so helpful. So central and right on bus route-AtlanticoCC- great facilities. So close to lovely beach and use of lovely local pool

Sometimes a ‘sewage’ smell but that in most places along there.

We stayed here for two weeks. The apartment is very comfortable and contains everything that you would require for the duration of your stay. It is in an amazing location right in the centre of the Puerto Del Carmen strip. There is a lovely beach just right across the street and some really nice places to eat and drink within just a couple of minutes walk in either direction. For times when you do not wish to go out, the terrace is a great place to relax and chill. It is south facing and gets the sunshine all day long with amazing views of the ocean and in the evening when it gets dark you can sit and listen to the music from the bar downstairs. There is also a nice flat-screen TV with plenty of channels (including UK) if that is how you prefer to spend your evenings. The host Joe is very helpful and is always only a text message away when you need to contact him. We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Ocean View and it is somewhere we would happily return to in the future.

Can be a little bit noisy some mornings, but that has to be expected if you want to be in the centre of everything on a busy strip. But to be honest the pros far outweigh the cons in this case.

Everything you'd need to make yourself at home. To be fair, apart from the kettle and the fridge, I didn't really use any of the kitchen/lounge equipment. You'd want for nothing, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer etc.. Very well equipped. I was either asleep (comfy bed, with mosi-net) or sat on the terrace. The bathroom was modern, with a good shower. Plenty of towels. Well situated for the bars and restaurants. A stones throw from the beach. Great view across to the sea from the larger than normal balcony/terrace. You're right above a bar that has a live band every night. So you can hear the music, which stops at about 12:30am. I knew this as I have spent many evenings in this bar over the years. So it wasn't a problem for me. The apartment did feel more like a home, rather than a holiday apartment. Which I suppose could be a negative to some, and a positive to others. Good communication from the owner, and I'm sure if there had been a problem it would have been sorted.

The apartment has a lovely balcony with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean – the beach is literally right across the road. The location is perfect - very central with great restaurants, bars and shops right on the doorstep. We particularly liked the dining area and comfortable bed! The living area had a large, modern flat-screen TV with plenty of UK channels. The apartment felt very secure with the door and metal door gate – useful to be able to lock the gate and have the breeze flow through. We didn’t find the noise from the bar below much of an issue, yes it got a little noisy, but after a short time, we barely noticed. Jo, the host was very helpful. He offered to let us leave later than the standard check-out time, gave us useful information about the airport and kept us up to date with the security deposit refund. We originally booked a nearby apartment but were let down by the owner who didn’t turn up to meet us when we arrived. Booking .com then cancelled the booking leaving us on the strip without accommodation. Joe, came to our rescue and although it was several hours before we could access the apartment, this wasn’t down to the host – it clearly states on Booking, ‘You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive’ which we couldn’t as we literally booked the apartment after arriving in Puerto del Carmen!

Very central and close to beach and all the bars and restaurants

It got a little noisy at night.

An amazing ocean front apartment in a residential block. A beautiful well furnished balcony looks onto Atlantic Ocean. What a view. This apartment is obviously beside the beach and located right in the middle of great restaurants. For those who like to cook on holidays there is a cooker, microwave, air fryer and an amazing supply of spices for guests use whilst staying there. An iron and iron board are also provided. Large TV and music centre for guests entertainment. Bathroom has a great shower. The bed is very comfortable. I Was particularly impressed with this apartments security. Lockable patio door together with lockable shutters. Really really safe. The entrance/exit door also has a lockable gate plus a sturdy lockable door. Felt so secure in this apartment. The host could not have been more helpful. Always on call 24/7. He wants his guests to enjoy themselves and really does go out of his way to ensure the comfort of his guests. He appreciates guests comments. I will certainly return to this apartment.

There was nothing negative to say about this apartment

Very easy to find, central and very easy to access with great directions from the host. The apartment was very central and amenities were on the doorstep. Great location for beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So much to choose from. The apartment was perfect for a couples get away and had all we needed. The communication from the host was amazing and very helpful. The bar below could get a little loud but we were warned before we went and it did not bother us too much. We had a fantastic time away
