appartement très bien situé, face à la mer, balcon très appréciable avec le soleil du matin jusqu'au soir.

dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une table exterieur pour les repas , il serait intéressant d'en mettre une même pliante

Really enjoyed our stay here highly recommended, The apartment was spotless and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in, balcony area is great too for chilling out, the apartment has everything u need and joe is very helpful with any queries, defo come back again

Struttura poco pulita e pochi accessori da cucina, parecchi armadi da cucina chiusi a chiave! Inoltre non c’era l’acqua calda! In bagno abbiamo dovuto intervenire con lo stura lavandini, tutti intasati!!! In camera gli armadi puzzavano di muffa!!!

Had everything you could wish for,well equipped kitchen,good WiFi and excellent sound system. Views from the terrace were perfect with a lovely sea view.

So central so all amenities , very comfortable and clean . From start to finish the host was contactable via WhatsApp and answered any questions fast .

Nothing to dislike , yes its a little noisy but its to be expected when staying on the main strip

This was our second time to stay here. We liked it so much the first time that we had to return a year later. The property is in a great location if you like to spend time in the bars and restaurants along the famous Puerto del Carmen strip. The location is in the middle of the strip and so there is a really nice walk in either direction. There is also many really nice places to eat and drink within a short distance walk. There is also a lovely beach just across the road and a supermarket just a couple of doors down. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable and contains everything that you need for your stay. The terrace is a really nice place to relax and has a nice view of the ocean. It even comes with free music entertainment from the bar below which can be nice to sit and listen to on an evening where you do not feel like going out. The host Joe is always just a text message away if you need him and always very helpful and quick to respond. He even left a card and some wine and cake for us when he noticed that it was my wifes birthday, which was really nice. Once again we had a wonderful stay here in Puerto del Carmen and we look forward to coming back here again in the near future.

The property is over a bar and while that can be nice to listen to the music some evenings, there are some mornings when it can be a little bit noisy. This would not be a big problem for me because it does not happen every morning and we like to get up and go out early.
