The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was located near a selection of superb restaurants and friendly bars. The owner was always just a message away and had provided cleaning materials and a welcome pack to make arrival a relaxing event.

The apartment was clean, modern and had everything you needed. The location was excellent and the communication from Severo was good.

I know this when I booked, but there is no area to sunbathe - only table and chairs on the terrace. There is also no view, as it's directly on the street. The only other thing was that there are no extractor fans in the kitchen or bathroom area, meaning there was a bit of a musty damp smell when entering, after being out for the day.

Apartment had everything you needed and location was great. Owner was very helpful and gave very clear instructions for entry. Would stay here again.👍👍

The view

This was in a great location for what we wanted from this visit to Puerto del Carmen - quiet and very close to the harbour and Old Town. The apartment was clean and modern, with all the equipment we needed to have a comfortable stay. Severo (owner) was so helpful and easy to contact - even provided a welcome pack of wine, milk, coffee pods, water and snacks. Do read the property details to fully appreciate what is provided in the apartment.

Would have liked a better view from the small terrace of this ground floor apartment, but you can’t stop cars parking outside!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly like the photos. It was in a great location, 3/4 min walk to the old town harbour and 7-10min walk to the top of the strip. Host was incredibly helpful, great communication throughout. Our flight arrived in early in the morning but the host kindly let us leave our luggage at the apartment until we could check in. Bottle of wine, water and milk on arrival was a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean apartment, with all facilities . Owner of property is a lovely 🌹 guy and quick to respond and very obliging.... thank you!!! Two minutes walk to Playa Chica beach and small restaurant. Old town restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are a couple of minutes walk too. Shopping 🛍️ centre five minutes walk away. Took approx 35 to 40min to walk to far end of the strip near Tamasha restaurant. Taxi rank just around the corner from apartments for those who prefer. Quiet location, absolutely no hesitation in recommending and will definitely be back!

Nothing really. Pool would have been good but I knew it didn't have one and, as said, beach is a couple of minutes away
