Apartamento Valeria

Location was ideal for both the old town and the strip. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need and is very modern and tastefully decorated.

It was a little noisy at times, I think from the rooms above the apartment. There was also not much of a view - basically the view is of a big wall. The patio is nice, but doesn't get much sun.

Great comfortable apartment, location is on a quiet street just off the main road near playa chica. Apartment has everything you need including TV in bedroom, and living room, washing machine, coffee machine and toiletries. Severo was a great host and made checking in/out very simple. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment is very well thought out. everything you need is there. Hairdryer, coffee maker etc even a dishwasher! All extremely clean and works well. A lovely shower with hot water at any time. The location was perfect for us. very close to lots of good restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

The location was perfect. The apartment was located on a very quiet street, yet only a short walk to the strip.

I couldn't find any negatives with this apartment.

Everything!!. Absolutely awesome apartment. It's probably the cleanest and most well presented apartment I've ever stayed in. It had absolutely everything that you would need. Modern but set in the old town. Yards from the beach and every amenity you need within a short walking distance. 100% recommended. The owner was also there to meet me and was a true gentleman. 👍🏽

Nothing not to like. That's the truth. It was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Severo's apartment in Lanzarote, he was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us tips about the island. The modern apartment was not only immaculately clean but also thoughtfully and fully equipped. The apartment is just a stone's throw away from the beach, numerous shops, and restaurants. Severo also granted us a late checkout, which was a massive help considering our evening flight. We spent a fabulous week here and have no doubt that we would choose Valeria Apartment for a future trip to Lanzarote.
