Cleanliness

Taille parfaite pour ce petit appartement avec terrasse très bien exposée et protégée de la vue des passants, avec vue sur la mer, pour des petits déjeuners au soleil. Petit plus le store banne. Wifi parfait. Stationnement facile au pied du bungalow. Adressé très calme. Commerces, restaurants et ville, tout est réuni pour un excellent séjour. Un vrai plus, un accueil parfait !

Seul petit bémol, il conviendrait de changer le rideau de douche, qui a fait son temps ! Et petit conseil pour les séjours de plus de 7 jours consécutifs, il serait bien de prévoir un change pour le linge de lit ...

The location was perfect.Five minutes down to Old Town. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you need for your stay .Oliver met us on arrival and he told us everything we needed to know about our stay..We will stay here again without a doubt when we return to Lanzarote.

There was nothing we didn't like .

Pas de vis à vis. Appartement très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Nous avons apprécié aussi la terrasse. Olivier nous a accueilli dès notre arrivée et s’est toujours montré très sympathique, disponible et attentif.

Tout était parfait hormis des aboiements de chiens incessants matin et soir, ce qui venait quelque peu gâcher la tranquillité de la résidence.

The location of the bungalow, although it may not be for everyone as puerto del carmen is hilly. The cleanliness of the bungalow was perfect along with all the other facilities in the bungalow.

There was nothing to dislike

Emplacement pratique, facile pour se garer, tout près des magasins et restaurants. Les équipements du bungalow, la literie, la piscine à 20 mètres, la vue sur l'océan. La prévenance et les informations de Oliver, un Monsieur véritablement sympathique. Bungalow non mitoyen, un peu surélevé pour une intimité préservée.

Rien, pour nous c'était parfait.

The bed was so comfortable, lovely big terrace with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, the terrace was a sun trap in the afternoon. Sky tv was included and a really good signal. Oliver arrives promptly to meet us from our transfer on arrival he showed us to the bungalow, it was very spacious, clean and we even had a washing machine and beach towels and beach items to use, along with a few toiletries in the bathroom in case we forgot anything. A nice big fridge freezer, fans in bedroom and lounge, an amazing power shower. Oliver sent a cleaner on the 2nd week to refresh the room and change the bedding. The communal pool was freshwater, and plenty of sun beds to go round everyone.

The location is very hilly, so it's not good for elderly or infirm.

The bungalow is nice, it has a comfortable bed an equipped kitchen with Fridge and microwave. Cleaning utensils provided with towels and beach towels. Small outside area with sun beds canopy and table and chairs. Safe included and smart TV with WiFi. Lovely pool and no issues with sun bed’s.

This was our first time visiting the complex. I did expect to be met by Oliver but we were sent instructions via WhatsApp on how to enter the property. A welcome pack and instructions on how to work the TV and fans in the bungalow were not provided. The fan in the bedroom did not work, after a week in 38 degree heat I bought batteries for the remote and got the fan running in the bedroom. I feel the fans should have been checked by management before we arrived. Oliver did answer my text and arrived to the bungalow when the water had been turned off. It would have been better if we had been met on arrival and all things checked and explained when we arrived. This is a residential property situated on a very steep hill. Expect to pay for taxis. Too hilly for us.
