Bungalow Naïla

Wonderful modern property with all amenities one would like. Excellent sunny lounge and great swimming pool. Great quiet area away from the busy beach strip. Great to have Oliver the host to meet us to explain all the relevant details of the property.

location to the town is fine - up hill although its hard not to find anywhere that dosnt involve a steep hill of some sort bungalow was nice and neat - if a little small however everything that we needed for a home away from home was provided swimming pool area is lovely with great views Caroline showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Lovely comfy bed and pillows When we had an emergency within the accommodation - host was quick to come to our aid and replace a boiler and Oliver was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Flooded bathroom - a boiler which was already obviously broken and a bucket underneath to catch water and not fit for purpose stopped working and flooded the bathroom - substantial amount of water seeped under tiles in bathroom and under doorway into bedroom - so i honestly dont think this should've been available for rent unless the boiler had been replaced - left with a damp smell for rest of the stay. In fairness Oliver gave instructions on what to do over the phone and came to us as quickly as he could to replace the boiler, however it started leaking again within a day or two, so not entirely sure what the issue was, but a bit precarious to rent accommodation that has issues like this. Obviously this is a residential facility however when its being rented out there are no facilities to store luggage on check out or toilet facilities which is not good for any traveller outside of the normal check out times - so bear this in mind. we were told that we could use the swimming area for a shower, however our keys were handed back at this stage with the access key to the swimming pool area - so this was not an available option either and showers were only for rinsing off from being in the pool and no public toilet facilities. we were told that we could store our luggage - and in fact we could not.

Our lovely host Olivier offered to meet us however we have stayed at this property before so we just used the lock box to gain access. The complex is mainly residential so very it is very quiet and peaceful

Nothing, everything was lovely which is why this was our third visit and we have booked again for next year.

Oliver met us upon arrival. Told us how to use the facilities and where the pool was. And booked us a taxi to the airport. We will definitely be returning.

The meet and greet from Oliver and all the communication was fantastic. Such an amazing experience to not worry about anything. Pool was great and nice touch having beach kit to use.

Proximity to the estate road and noisy neighbours. Not the property or the teams fault.
